We aim to assist applicants based on the most current and available immigration rules and guidelines. However, we do not guarantee visa approvals, as all final decisions lie with the immigration authorities of the respective countries.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents.

Cooperate fully throughout the process including attending necessary appointments, interviews, and examinations.

Take responsibility for language proficiency tests (IELTS/TEF) and submit results as per immigration requirements.

Understand that failure to provide accurate documentation may result in delays or rejections, for which Light Immigration cannot be held responsible.
3. Confidentiality
We value and protect your privacy. Any personal or financial information shared with Light Immigration will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.
4. Communication
By engaging with Light Immigration, you consent to receive updates, alerts, and service-related communication via email, SMS, and phone. We ensure timely updates regarding your application status, document requirements, and immigration law changes.
5. Fees and Payment
All service fees are communicated in advance before beginning any process. Fees are charged for consultancy, application handling, documentation, and other professional services.
Note: Government fees, third-party charges, language test fees, medicals, and biometric fees are separate and payable by the client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to offer professional and accurate guidance, we are not responsible for:

Rejections or delays caused by immigration officers.

Policy or law changes implemented by government agencies.

Mistakes made due to incorrect or incomplete client information.

Delays in client responses that impact the process timeline.
7. Changes to Terms
Light Immigration reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes. Continued use of our services after such updates will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering quality services. However, under certain specific circumstances, refunds may be applicable, as outlined below:
1. Visa Refusal Due to Our Error
If a visa is refused due to a proven error or omission on our part, a partial refund may be considered.
Refunds are not applicable if the refusal is caused by:

Incomplete or false information submitted by the client.

Changes in immigration rules or law.

Discretionary decisions by immigration officers.
2. Client Withdrawal / IELTS or TEF Failure
Clients will not be eligible for any refund under the following circumstances:

Withdrawal of application after signing up or during processing.

Failure to achieve the required IELTS/TEF scores or failure to submit these certificates.

Delay or non-submission of documents by the client.
3. Non-Refundable Components

Application processing fees, documentation fees, and consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Refunds, if applicable, will not cover government application fees, third-party service fees, or test/exam charges.
4. Refund Process Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days from the date of refund confirmation. Clients must submit a formal request in writing to initiate the refund process.
